Analysis of the causes of severe swinging of sand making machine

The sand making machine is suitable for the crushing and shaping of soft or medium hard and extremely hard materials. It is widely used in various ores, cement, refractory materials, aluminum earth clinker, corundum, glass raw materials, mechanism construction sand, stone materials and various metallurgical slag. Especially for high hardness, special hard and abrasion resistant materials such as silicon carbide, sintered bauxite, and beautiful sand, it has higher efficiency than other types of crushers.
 
In the production process, the sand making machine has a certain body swing, but the amplitude is not large. If the body swings *ly sharply, there are three possible reasons:

(1) It may be that the wearing parts on the impeller of the sand making machine are worn more seriously. If the wearing parts of the impeller are seriously worn, the internal operation of the sand making machine will be unstable, resulting in excessive swing. At this time, as long as the wearing parts are replaced, the internal impeller of the sand making machine can be balanced.

(2) It may be that the equipment is too large due to too large feed size. When the sand making machine is designed, the maximum feed size of the equipment is generally 4 to 5 cm. Generally, the equipment feed size is 3 to 4 cm. When the amount of finished sand can reach the maximum, if the feeding is too large, the equipment will swing too much. If the feeding is too small, the collision is not enough and it is difficult to reach the finished sand.

(3) The sand making machine may also have obstructions in the impeller flow passage. If there is obstruction in the impeller flow passage, the feeding will be uneven, and the body swings too much. As long as the obstruction on the impeller flow passage is taken out, the body can be solved. The problem of swinging too big.
