The main role of impact crusher in crushing ore

Impact crusher is a more important crushing equipment in ore crushing. Its main crushing principle is to use a high-speed rotating rotor with a plate hammer to impact the material blocks in the machine within the rotor rotation range (hammering area). The material is fed to the hammering area through the guide plate, and the material blocks are thrown up after being impacted by the plate hammer; they hit the impact plate at high speed, are impacted again, and then are flicked back to the plate hammer from the impact plate, and the above process is repeated. In the process of going back and forth, the materials also collide with each other. Under the effects of impact, rebound, and mutual collision, the material blocks continue to crack, loosen, and *ly break, and the broken materials are discharged from the lower part of the machine body.

After understanding the working principle of the impact crusher, we have basically summarized it, so what are its main manifestations in ore crushing?

First, free crushing. The material entering the crushing chamber is immediately impacted by the plate hammer. The collision between the materials and the friction between the plate hammer and the material, and the material and the material, the material is broken due to these effects.

Second, rebound crushing. The crushed materials are not actually dispersed without limit, but concentrated in the machine body. Due to the impact of high-speed hammer, the materials move at a very high speed, and then hit the impact plate, and the materials are further crushed. This crushing action is called rebound action.

Third, milling action. The materials that are larger than the size of the discharge port and have not been crushed by the above two crushing actions are milled and crushed by the high-speed rotating hammer head at the discharge point.
