1. Too much stockpiling in the cavity
If the material is too wet, it will accumulate in the cavity and cause blockage during processing, resulting in low equipment efficiency.

2. Unstable vibration
Irregular vibration and vibration of the mobile crushing station: there may be a problem with the hammer. It could also be a bearing and gear coupling issue.

3. Irregular finished product size
When the grain is too fine, there may be too many hammers or molars. When the particles are too coarse, there may be less hammer heads or jaw plates, or the conveyor belt may be too loose or the voltage may be insufficient.



4. Shaft and bearing overheating
The bearings of the mobile crushing station bear the full load of the machine. If the bearing temperature is too high, there may be insufficient oil, and if the lubricating oil is contaminated, it will also cause the bearing to overheat.

5. V-belt is too loose
The V-belt driving the sheave is too loose, causing the belt to slip.

6. The eccentric shaft is stuck
The eccentric shaft adapter bush is loose, resulting in no clearance on both sides of the bearing seat of the frame, which makes the eccentric shaft stuck and unable to rotate.

7. The voltage is too low
The voltage of the working site is too low, and the main machine is unable to break after encountering large materials.
