　　1. The rotating speed of the moving cone: If the rotating speed of the moving cone is too slow, when the material passes along the shape of the sliding moving cone liner in the crushing cavity, it will take a long time to pass through the crushing cavity, so the output will definitely decrease, and the particle size of the product will be reduced. It will also become worse; but if the speed is too fast, the material will hardly fall and be discharged, and even if it is broken, it will definitely cause blockage, and the output at this time can be imagined.

　　2. The size of the closed side discharge port: The size of the closed side discharge port determines the output of the cone crusher. When the size of the closed side discharge port becomes larger, the output of the cone crusher becomes larger, but the quality of the crushed product becomes worse, and the content of needle flakes in the product increases.

　　3. Material filling rate: The level of material filling rate has a very important relationship with the output of the crusher. When the filling rate is too small, the material cannot be filled and broken in every layer, so the output will inevitably decrease; when the filling rate is too large, the crushing cavity will be broken. The material inside is filled, but the material is compressed, it is not easy to break the layer, and the material is not easy to pass through the crushing cavity, resulting in low output and poor quality of the crusher.

　　4. Operational factors of the crusher: The operational factors affecting the production of the crusher are subjective and completely avoidable, but if these subjective factors are not paid attention to, there will be a * impact on the crusher.
