The cause of the violent vibration of the fuselage when the sand machine is working

　　2. The feed grain is too large, causing the equipment to swing; If the feed grain is too small, it will break inadequately

　　3. Obstruction appears in the impeller runner, causing uneven feeding and excessive body swing

Solution: replace the impeller consumables, so that the internal impeller of the sand making machine reaches a balanced state; Adjust and control the particle size of the incoming and outlet materials; S* to check and remove the obstruction from the flow path of the impeller.
