What should be paid attention to after the jaw crusher is installed and tested

　　Jaw Crusher is commonly known as "Tiger's Mouth". A crusher is composed of two jaw plates, a movable jaw and a static jaw, which simulates the movement of the two jaws of an animal and completes the material crushing operation. After installing the jaw crusher, we need to start the test run, so what should we do?

　　After installing the jaw crusher, check all the criteria carefully to make sure there are no problems. Before the no-load test run, turn the crusher flywheel once to ensure that it is unobstructed. The conditions for no-load debugging are as follows:

　　1. The no-load trial operation of the jaw crusher is not less than 4 hours, but the trial operation can only be completed after the bearing temperature is stable for 1 hour.

　　2. The V-belt shall not snap or slide.

　　3. All screws and fasteners inspected shall not be loosened.

　　4. The bearing temperature shall not exceed 70℃.

After the jaw crusher has passed the no-load trial operation, the load trial operation should be carried out. The duration of the load test is usually 24 hours. Meet the actual needs and meet the following conditions:

　　1. The crusher shall not have obvious sound.

　　2. The staff responsible for feeding should pay attention that the feeding granularity of jaw crusher should meet the design requirements.

　　3. The bearing temperature shall not exceed the temperature specified in the no-load test run.

　　4. The output of the crusher generally conforms to the Kunming heavy machinery technical regulations, and the product particle size meets the requirements.
