However, in the process of using sand and gravel equipment, there are actually many reasons for the blockage of sand and gravel processing and production equipment, such as material properties, user operations, and the equipment itself. So how do we solve this problem?

　　If the water content of the material is high, it is easy to adhere to the sand and gravel processing and production equipment. The solution is to heat the material at the entrance to reduce the water content during processing. When the material is too hard or too large, it is easy to block the sand and gravel processing and production equipment, so we should process the material into an appropriate size before feeding.

When the feeding speed is fast and the crushing speed is slow, the machine may be blocked due to untimely processing. Long-term heavy load will damage the motor, the user should ensure uniform and continuous feeding to avoid the problem of equipment blockage.

　　In the process of crushing the material by the V-belt driving the sheave, the sand and gravel processing and production equipment may have abnormal belt slippage, and when the V-belt is loose, the grooved sheave cannot work, and the material cannot be pulverized, which will cause blockage.

　　In the process of sand production, if the sand production speed is too slow, the sand outlet (possibly the crushing cavity) will produce subsequent accumulation of crushed materials, resulting in blockage of the sand and gravel processing and production equipment. When the wearing parts are seriously damaged, the materials entering the sand and gravel processing and production equipment cannot be completely crushed. Therefore, the user should replace the wearing parts in time.

　　If the voltage is too low or unstable, the actual capacity of the sand and gravel processing and production equipment will be lower than the theoretical capacity. At this time, if the feeding speed is not adjusted accordingly, blockage is likely to occur. Therefore, when the sand and gravel equipment is running, we should keep the voltage as constant as possible.
