　　Due to the harsh working environment of the jaw crusher and the high hardness of the material, its parts will be worn to a certain extent during the working process. After wear, the gap between the movable jaw and the bearing will become larger, and the bearing will rotate relative to each other, which will not only affect the crushing efficiency, but also cause uneven size of the discharged material. Therefore, regular maintenance should be carried out during operation. If it is found that the parts of the crusher are worn, the movable jaw and bearing should be replaced immediately to make the crushing particle size uniform.

　　2. Movement of the jaw

　　During the crushing process of the jaw crusher, if it is found that the position of the jaw plate moves, the tooth root corresponding to the tooth frequency moves, and the item is opposite to the tooth *, check the tooth pitch of the tooth plate. If it does not meet the required standard for a period of time, it is necessary to replace the jaw plate, and then adjust the movable jaw plate and the fixed jaw plate to the appropriate position, and ensure that the tooth * corresponds to the corresponding tooth root. Once all positions are adjusted, secure it and press it tightly so that the position will not move any more.

　　Different particle sizes correspond to different discharge ports. Adjust the size of the discharge port in time according to the size of the discharge particle size.
