During the production process of the sand making machine, there is a certain amount of body swing, but the amplitude is not large. If the wearing parts on the impeller are seriously worn, the internal operation of the sand making machine will be unstable, resulting in excessive swing. At this time, it is only necessary to replace the wearing parts and let the internal impeller of the sand making machine reach a balanced state.
(2) It may be that the equipment swings too much due to the excessive feeding particle size. When the sand making machine is designed, the feeding particle size of the equipment is generally 4 to 5 cm. Generally speaking, the feeding particle size of the equipment is 3 to 4 cm. At this time, the amount of finished sand can reach a lot. If the feed is too large, the equipment will swing too much. If the feed is too small, it will be difficult to achieve the full amount of finished sand due to insufficient collision and crushing.
(3) The sand making machine may also have obstructions in the impeller flow channel. If there are obstructions in the impeller flow channel, it will also cause uneven feeding and excessive swing of the body. Just remove the obstruction on the impeller flow channel to solve the problem. Too much wiggle problem.
