Hydraulic cone crusher eccentric shaft assembly includes eccentric shaft, gear carrier, eccentric bushing and eccentric gear. Meanwhile, the eccentric shaft is installed in the body cavity of the lower frame. To prevent wear of the lower frame, the eccentric shaft is in contact with the bushing in the cavity.
Generally speaking, the dyeing gap between the eccentric shaft and the bushing is 1.5 mm, and the dyeing gap between the lower frame and the bushing is 0.22 mm. If it is not handled properly, the lower frame body will be worn out, so the eccentric assembly smooth operation is very important. Generally, the following factors affect the smooth operation of the hydraulic cone crusher eccentric assembly:
1, Wear of the wear plate under the eccentric component
Structurally, the wear plate supports the entire assembly, but when worn, the forces during the support process cannot be balanced, so the entire assembly cannot run smoothly.
2, Unqualified casing quality
The bushing is of poor quality and cannot meet the requirements. It is replaced frequently. However, replacement is cumbersome due to the strict installation requirements of the bushing, lower frame body and eccentric shaft. If not handled properly, components will not function smoothly.
3, Eccentric assembly block wear
During the operation of the hydraulic cone crusher equipment, the eccentric assembly moves upwards due to the force of the helical gear. At this time, the upper s*per acts as a s*per, and this part is usually 0.2 mm. If it is worn, the equipment will vibrate violently, and the eccentric bushing will easily bite into the bushing of the lower frame.
