1,Wear of the movable jaw: The movable jaw of the jaw crusher is the main part of crushing materials, so the abrasion of the movable jaw is mainly due to the friction of the material, especially when the material in the crushing cavity is blocked, the material squeezes the movable jaw many times , Resulting in fatigue wear and even failure of the movable jaw. On the other hand, if the movable jaw is displaced during production, the movable jaw will collide with the protective plate of the inner wall of the fuselage, accelerating the wear of the movable jaw.
2,The wear of the tooth plate: the tooth plate is the same as the jaw plate of the jaw crusher, and the service life is shorter. It can be seen from the failure of the tooth plate in the past that there are many wear marks and micro cracks on the tooth plate caused by the short-distance sliding of the sharp corner of the abrasive. Therefore, the wear of the tooth plate of the jaw crusher belongs to the chisel abrasive wear. That is to say, the improper particle size and hardness of the materials in the equipment will cause serious wear of the tooth plate. On the other hand, if the impact speed of the material entering the equipment is too large, the tooth plate will also be severely worn.
3, Wear of the thrust plate: The front thrust plate of the jaw crusher is made of cast iron and has a service life of only 2 months. The thrust plate seat is made of carbon steel and the service life is about 10 months. If a large piece of material enters during production, the thrust plate will be severely worn or even broken. On the other hand, the connection between the thrust plate and the liner is divided into two types: rolling type and sliding type. In practical applications, it is concluded that the sliding type structure is more severely damaged.
4, The wear of the eccentric shaft: the wear of the eccentric shaft of the jaw crusher is often due to the structural defects of the taper sleeve and the sealing sleeve on the eccentric shaft, such as the unreasonable screw direction of the sealing sleeve and the taper sleeve, which makes the taper sleeve lose its tightening. The force causes the eccentric shaft to loosen, causing the eccentric shaft to wear during production. Or because the contact area between the taper sleeve and the mating surface of the eccentric shaft is insufficient, the outer circle of the eccentric shaft and the inner hole of the taper sleeve are worn at the same time.
5, Bearing wear: The bearing bears a large load during production. There are two main reasons for bearing wear. One is improper assembly of the bearing, which causes the bearing to be blocked and heat during operation, and the temperature rise of the jaw crusher bearing is too high. It is easy to cause the bearing to lock up. On the other hand, the improper lubrication of the bearing makes the friction of the bearing larger in operation, which causes the bearing to be severely worn.
