Analysis of Causes of Inflexible Drive Shaft of Cone Crusher

1, The belt of the cone crusher is pulled too tight.
Solution: Re-tension the belt and check whether the pulley is aligned.

2,The drive shaft bushing is not lubricated or insufficiently lubricated.
Solution: Check whether there are obstacles in the main shaft oil pipe and the oil inlet of the drive shaft frame, remove the valve on the oil supply pipe, and eliminate other oil supply obstacles.

3, The position of the oil groove of the outer bushing of the drive shaft of the cone crusher is incorrect.
 Method: Do not allow the belt drive to pull the drive shaft to the oil groove, and the sleeve oil groove shall not be arranged at 6 o'clock.

4, The crusher has no axial clearance.
Method: re-adjust the axial clearance of the cone crusher to 1.2～1.8mm.

5, The drive shaft is bent, usually manifested as excessive vibration at the end of the drive shaft and excessive swing of the pulley
Solution: Replace the drive shaft of the cone crusher.

6, The oil groove of the outer bushing of the drive shaft is blocked by dirt or other substances.
Solution: Clean the oil ditch of the cone crusher.

7, The gears of the cone crusher are broken.
Solution: Replace the gear of the cone crusher.

8, Improper clearance of the tooth side and/or tooth tip of the large and small gears.
Method: Check the gap between the tooth side and the tooth tip of the cone crusher.
