The shaft of the jaw crusher bears the full load of the entire machine operation and plays a decisive role in the normal operation of the machine. Therefore, during the working process of the jaw crusher, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the bearing is operating normally. The common fault of jaw crusher bearings is that the temperature is too high.
What to do if the temperature is too high when the jaw crusher parts are running.

1,The bearing of the jaw crusher is cut off or injected too much oil.
Simple solution: just check the manual carefully, and fill in the oil regularly and quantitatively according to the regulations.

2, The oil hole is blocked, and no oil can be added.
Simple solution: shut down and clean up the blockage inside the oil hole and oil tank.

3, The position of the flywheel counterweight is off-track, and the frame jumps;
Simple solution: adjust the position of the flywheel counterweight to stabilize the frame.

4, Axial movement of the tightening bushing;
Simple solution: remove the bearing cover on the frame, tighten the fixed bushing and remove the flywheel or sheave, or replace with a new fixed bushing, in short, ensure the stability of the fixed bushing.

5, Bearing wear or cage damage;
Simple solution: repair or replace new bearings and cages.

6, For non-bearing reasons, friction and heat generation between the movable jaw seal sleeve and the end cover, or the double-embedded cover of the frame bearing seat rotates together with the main shaft, and the friction heats up, causing the temperature to rise.
Simple solution: replace the end cover and sealing sleeve, or loosen the upper bearing cover on the heating end of the bearing housing of the frame, press it into the bearing seat groove of the frame with the fuse and the embedded cover, then fix the bearing cover and remove the embedded cover Rotate.
