The jaw crusher works under impact load. The babbitt alloy lining on the bearing bush has a working period of about 2 years. If it exceeds the period, it needs to be recast.
If the shaft wears very little, just to repair its geometric shape, it can be turned on a lathe to make the shaft journal reach the correct geometric shape, and then reduce the bearing inner diameter accordingly. However, after several such treatments, if the journal size is reduced by 5% compared to the original, turning is not allowed, and a new shaft should be replaced.
If the eccentric shaft and the bearing bush, the mandrel and the bearing bush are worn, and the * clearance is *er than 1.5 times of the original assembly clearance, it needs to be adjusted or replaced; if the oil groove is worn 1.5mm, the oil groove should be reopened or adjusted. When the gap between the upper cover of the connecting rod head and the eccentric shaft is worn to more than 1.5 times the assembly gap, it also needs to be adjusted or replaced with a new one.
When the babbitt alloy on the bearing bush has deep peeling or large scratches, it should be recast. The quality of the bearing bush after processing has the following requirements: the color of the babbitt alloy surface should be uniform, matt, and silvery white; the babbitt alloy surface layer should not have ash, cracks, sand holes, shrinkage holes and shell withdrawal.
