Reasons for oil leakage of cone crusher
1.Sealing device failure: In production, pay attention to check the O-ring seal between the drive shaft frame and the main frame, the nylon seal ring between the oil collector and the oil slinger, and the O between the oil slinger and the drive shaft. The wear condition of the sealing ring, because these parts will be worn and deformed after long-term use, and the elasticity required for effective sealing will be lost, and the failure of the sealing device will cause the problem of oil leakage of the equipment.
2.The oil return pipe is blocked: The oil leakage may also be caused by the oil not being quickly discharged from the equipment, especially when the oil temperature is low. Therefore, during production, pay attention to check whether there is accumulation in the main oil discharge hose or pipeline Loot, check whether there is loot in the long hole of the drive shaft frame under the drive shaft, otherwise the accumulation of loot will hinder the flow of oil and cause the cone crusher to leak oil.
3.The oil return hole of the bowl-shaped bush is too small: If the oil return hole of the bowl-shaped bush of the cone crusher is too small, the lubricating oil will leak out, and the oil return amount is small, which cannot guarantee good lubrication of the large and small bevel gears. In this case, the bowl-shaped bushing oil return hole should be appropriately enlarged to ensure the oil return amount, and fundamentally solve the problems of oil leakage of the cone crusher bowl-shaped bushing and poor lubrication of the bevel gear.
4.Improper working pressure: the lubricating oil enters the lower part of the main shaft from the oil inlet pipe and is rubbed by the lubricating friction disc. If the working pressure of the lubrication system of the cone crusher is improper, the oil will be sprayed out of the axial gap, causing the lubricating oil to follow the outer circle of the sealing cylinder. Leak down.
5. Unreasonable component clearance: If the clearance between the inner wall of the oil sump of the main engine seat and the oil baffle plate of the counterweight is too small, the lubricating oil thrown between them will be easily affected by tension during the working process of the cone crusher. Form an oil seal. Driven by the air pressure, the oil seal will continuously overflow from the dust ring along the inner wall of the main base.
