In the maintenance of the cone crusher, lubrication is often emphasized, which is like the "blood" of the equipment. Good lubrication is undoubtedly a necessary condition to ensure the normal operation of the equipment, but oil leakage problems occur from time to time. Once an oil leak occurs, it affects not only the service life of the equipment, but also the user's production costs.
First, ensure that the equipment is well sealed
1) The design of the sealing structure is related to the sealing effect and the life of the sealing ring. The sealing effect of the O-ring depends on the correctness of the size of the installation groove. The installation groove of the seal ring is too deep, and the compression amount of the seal ring is not enough to achieve the sealing effect. Therefore, the seal structure should be reasonably designed and processed to ensure that the sealing device has good sealing *.
2) Install the sealing ring correctly to ensure the equipment is well sealed. Do not install the seal with an angled tool to prevent it from being scratched and to avoid stretching it to a deformed position. Lubricate the seal properly for installation.
2. Inspection during production
1) Regularly check whether the filter is blocked or damaged, and replace the kinked oil drain pipe to ensure the smoothness of the oil return pipe. At the same time, the ventilation hood on the side of the drive shaft frame of the cone crusher should be cleaned, and the long core hole connected to the ventilation hood on the drive shaft frame should be blown with compressed air.
2) Check whether the gap between the oil tank inner wall of the main engine base and the oil retaining ring on the counterweight is reasonable to prevent the oil splashed on each other from forming an oil seal, resulting in oil leakage from the cone crusher.
Third, the temperature of lubricating oil is prohibited
Increasing lubricating oil temperature will easily reduce the viscosity of the oil and accelerate the aging of sealing elements, which will cause serious oil leakage. Therefore, we should prohibit the increase of lubricating oil temperature. We can increase the heat dissipation area of the fuel tank to improve the heat dissipation effect of the fuel tank, and if necessary, add a cooler to reduce the lubricating oil temperature.
