2.V-belt is too loose
Check if it is a triangle belt problem. If it is too loose to s* the machine, adjust the tension of the V-belt. If the seal is lost due to prolonged use of the V-belt, replace the V-belt.
3. Unsuitable working voltage
When the working voltage at the production site is too low, it is not enough to just maintain the normal operation of the sand making machine and s* the machine. At this time, select a voltage that meets the requirements of the device.
4. Internal parts fall off

If the spindle is damaged, the worn spindle must be repaired or replaced. If it is caused by the locking of the bearing, it is necessary to find out the cause of the locking, install the bearing correctly, ensure that the bearing has a certain working clearance, and do a good job of bearing lubrication, otherwise the problem cannot be solved fundamentally.
