2.The clearance is too small due to poor bearing quality
The bearing clearance is too small and does not reach the specified value, which will cause the bearing to heat up, the temperature will rise, and an abnormality will occur during the bearing operation.

3.The axial positioning of the bearing is incorrect
The axial positioning of the bearing is wrong, and the bearing gland or labyrinth ring is not installed properly, which will cause the eccentric axial side to move during operation, which will reduce the bearing clearance and cause the bearing to heat up.

4.The machining error of the movable jaw bearing hole exceeds the standard value
When the bearing hole machining error exceeds the design allowable value, the coaxiality error of the outer ring of the bearing will be too large, which will cause the bearing clearance to become smaller and the bearing to heat up.

5.Spindle machining problems
The journal error on both sides of the bearing spindle exceeds the allowable value of the design, which causes the coaxiality error of the bearing inner ring to be too large, which causes the bearing clearance to become smaller and the bearing to heat up.
